▶ Internal and customer contact for CAE studies in a specific field, e.g. System, CFD, FEA, eMotor, Process, etc.

▶ Support of AQP AT projects in case of planning, performing and evaluating CAE tasks.

▶ Review and evaluate customer system requirements, definition of the boundary conditions and evaluation criteria of a CAE study.

▶ Performing of simulation studies in the specific field

▶ Sizing of components and systems and evaluation of their performance, efficiency or robustness.

▶ Improvement of products or processes based on simulation results and suitable studies.

▶ Extend CAE and system knowledge by collecting information in a database or SharePoint and sharing knowhow via trainings or presentation to the teams.

▶ Generate and maintain CAE standards and guidelines.

▶ Collaboration with other departments, customers and development partners.

▶ Carry over of new tasks and responsibilities given the job description.

▶ Minimum 5 experience in the field of simulation in the automotive industry

▶ Knowledge in the specific simulation tool

▶ Knowledge of the product or system in the specific field

▶ Ability to explain and present results to other colleagues or customers

▶ Demonstrated skills in structured working, team work and problem solving

▶ Deep knowledge of physical phenomena in a specific field (system, mechatronics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, mechanics,

▶ Ability to check simulation results for plausibility.

▶ Fluent English required
