1.포지션 : HR change management

.Conducting talent assessment

.Planning for leadership and management succession 

.Conducting employee/engagement research 

.Planning, organizing and developing training curricula, materials and programs 

.Analyzing training needs and developing programs

.Evaluating third part training providers 

.Managing delivery of internal and externally provided training

.Identify development needs of key talents, propose and manage local programs

.Organizational development & organization chart management

.Mindset change manager to leader

.Intercultural coaching & training

.Regularly assess the organization through GES survey and take ongoing 

 follow-up actions, to increase employees’ engagement level

.Ensure a smooth and effective induction process for all new comers

2.자격요건

- Bachelor’s degree or above

- At least 7years+ of HR related experiences in sizable Multi-national companies,

 ideally with in Learning 

- Enjoy teamwork, high level of inter-personal skills

- Good communicator both in English

- In-depth knowledge in Change Management disciplines and basic knowledge of 

  related disciplines

- Project management skills

- MS-Office and SAP
