미국계기업-Cost Accounting and FP&A Manager[경력12년~18년]

ㆍManage the day-to-day financial activities of Korea sites (including cost accounting, month end close, reporting)
ㆍCost forecast and analysis by product and maintain allocation methodology for direct and indirect expenditures
ㆍDevelop and track budgets, updating forecasts, providing variance and product cost analysis, etc
ㆍWorks strategically with business partners to ensure the Korea sites are taking advantage of cost savings and scaling for the future
ㆍProvide financial expertise and advice to managers to help them develop budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities
ㆍLead cost accounting and analysis staffs and ensure actual closing, reporting and financial forecast, standard cost set up are performed in accordance with Company standards
ㆍReview monthly cost accounting close process and results, including appropriate expense accruals plus review of actuals versus plan to ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly financial information
ㆍEnsure compliance with all CFMs, accounting policies, and Sarbanes Oxley requirements in the responsible area
ㆍManage internal and external audits in the responsible area
ㆍManage 2 to 3 direct reports

[Job Description]
ㆍMinimum 5 year experience in Cost Accounting and/or Financial planning, Analysis and Reporting
ㆍExtensive knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for integrated financial analysis and reporting
ㆍFluency in speaking and writing English.
